Dues Still Accepted Online — Although the April renewals due date has passed, you and your club members can still submit dues payments online to keep your club and members in good standing. Difficult People — 91传媒 welcomes everyone, and clubs include a variety of personalities. But some people have traits that can be hard to work alongside. Learn some tips for talking to people with challenging attributes, such as someone who constantly interrupts, or always must be right, or gaslights you or other members. If someone is difficult for you to interact with, chances are that other members have the same issue.
Using AI for Speech Prep — Artificial Intelligence is everywhere and can help with many tasks, but writing a speech shouldn鈥檛 be one of them. However, there are plenty of other ways that AI can help you prepare a speech, such as organizing and enhancing your content. Discover some do鈥檚 and don鈥檛s for helping members (and yourself!) navigate AI鈥檚 continually changing tools.

Support the Envisioned Future — The core ideology of the organization includes the brand promise, the missions, the core values, and the envisioned future. The Board adopted definitions for the core values in 2023. For the strategic plan in 2024, the Board focused on the envisioned future. An envisioned future should be inspirational, aspirational, and challenging. The Board of Directors reviewed the current envisioned future through these three lenses and developed a new envisioned future statement, highlighted on the Our Mission webpage. Please update your club and District websites accordingly.

2026 International Speech Contest Quarterfinals — With the region realignment that went into effect starting with the 2024-2025 program year, region quarterfinals were adjusted, and are no longer organized by region. Now known as quarterfinals, this level of the International Speech Contest includes District winners randomly assigned to contests with no fewer than nine (9) and no more than 10 contestants. Contest assignments for quarterfinals were determined using a randomization formula. For more information on quarterfinals, including contest assignments for 2026, visit the quarterfinals .

Annual Renewal Dues — Members can submit renewals up to two periods in advance, and April 2027 renewals opened on April 1 for those who wish to plan ahead. Because dues are nonrefundable鈥攅ven when paid early鈥攑lease review your plans carefully before submitting payment. Submitting a Wire Transfer — Pro Tips:鈥 Send all wires in U.S. dollars, include any intermediary bank fees, and include your club number in the email subject when sending your wire receipt. This helps us process it quickly and accurately. For membership dues and fees wires, email the bank remittance, member list, and completed membership applications to membership@toastmasters.org.
Club Recognition Reminder — To earn recognition in the Distinguished Club Program, your club must meet the Qualifying Membership Requirement鈥攅ven if it has already achieved five or more goals. Take a moment to search your club number and review your your ; the chart at the top shows exactly how many members your club still needs to qualify for each recognition level. Checking this now helps ensure your club鈥檚 hard work counts toward year-end awards.
